Inspired by vintage French cheese boards, these wooden boards are made from maple hardwood and a hand painted tile. Each one is finished off with a leather tie so that it can also be hung. The hand painted tiles depict the simplicity and quietness that comes from living on a small island by the sea, and the gentle landscapes we get to call home.

Wooden boards do not like to soak in water! Please hand wash only.

Due to the slow art form that is both woodworking and pottery, please allow 7-8 weeks for your board to be complete. You have the choice of either lighthouse, farmhouse, sailboats or florals for your tile painting. If choosing ‘Floral’ you may send me a note with your preferred flower or allow it to be a surprise!

*Please note that this is a handmade item so imperfections are embraced and is the nature of ceramic art. There may be some variation amongst glaze colors which only adds to the uniqueness of each piece.
